I bought their slim fit suit in the size I was measured for and regularly wear (I'm 5'11", 165 lbs, pretty skinny) and the suit they sent me was ridiculous. The pants were skintight and several inches too short. The blazer couldn't be closed. I had to immediately return.
And for the pleasure of ordering a suit advertised as well fitting and comfortable and receiving a cheap thing suitable for the Halloween store, I now have to pay $30 to return the trash to the company.

Chatham Branch! - useless!!
Used the Chatham outlet branch
Nearly completely ruined my wedding day as the hired suit didn’t fit.
4 days before the wedding day was the final fitting , waist coat and jacket fitted but shirt and trousers were a mile out!! Said they would be back Thursday but could only order one extra item (I asked for 2 of each to cover all bases)
Eventually agreed to get two sets in as the wedding day was close .
Went down on the Thursday and shirt just about fitted but sent 2 pairs of trousers the same size that also still didn’t fit!! ( have no idea where they get thier tape measures from - a Christmas cracker maybe??)
They then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t get the trousers I needed and thought sorry would be ok!! - errrrr no mate , you took the order so you need to see it thru if it means you have to sit and make a pair yourself tonight!!
So basically it was get married in boxer shorts or nothing!!
Also one of the other suits waistcoat was a different colour from the rest of the suit! Another rush down to get another in time!
I refused to pay my balance and took the suits with the proviso that I would be doing with these trousers what I need to to make them fit for the wedding which was less than 48hrs away!! - customer service was a joke , no urgency or drive to make sure the issue was sorted! Will never use again…… should have gone to Moss Bros in the first place!!

Product faulty
Unfortunately, the product that I ordered (suit) was faulty and in bad conditions. It looks like someone else used it before. Literally smelled like someone else’s perfume.
It is completely unacceptable to dispatch orders in that condition. You should be aware of that situation.
I am very disappointed with my experience with suitdirect.com and I definitely not recommend that store.

Awaiting Refund, No Communication, do not use the online service not worth the trouble !
Ordered a suit online , came promptly but sadly did not fit my husband , returned promptly the next day, I have contacted the courier who say they have delivered back to Suit Direct, however, Suit direct say it’s in transit and I will have to wait 10-15 days after they receive it, I paid £233 for this suit and am waiting for the refund, no contact number to speak to anyone direct, emails are not answered promptly . I have spoken with trading standards who have stated the consumer rights 2015 state full refund within 30 days of returning .
Disappointed as seeing further reviews other people are also waiting for refunds.
Suit Direct are quick enough to take full payment so why can they not refund in a prompt manner as well.
I will wait but next steps will be to follow this up legally. Thankfully I paid using a credit card so have a level of protection but many people won’t.
It’s very sad as you will lose customers from your online service, word of mouth goes a long way and unfortunately due to my experience I have nothing good to say about this company.
Update from my review on Feefo has had a reply from Emma Mobberley of Suit direct saying she can see I have been directly contacted regarding this. Direct contact is a telephone call to speak to someone NOT an email to say it is still in transit and will you have to wait 10-15 days after the warehouse has received it. Please don’t insult with your trying to help, How about giving customers a direct number to speak to someone regarding concerns instead of paying lip service to make it look like you’re doing something when you are not.

Walked into Suit Direct (Bridgend outlet). Store smelt fresh and well presented, very good lighting throughout to show off the fabrics ..
A very professional and knowledge Sales person called MATT greeted my 16 year old son and myself. Finding a first Prom suit is nerve wrecking but MATT was brilliant and made us feel eased. Shopping was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ..
I must say that the Store Manager called Darren put the Cherry on the cake . Great banter and homely chat. Such s great team to run this Suit Store. Highly Recommend this Store , Matt and Darren

Worst ever don’t use
Worst ever quality suits had to get them repaired.
Purchased a total of 4 suits eventually got refunds on 2. The other 2 are in the bin. They quality of the suits are so bad the seems keep ripping zips keep breaking.
I had one suit repaired and it ripped elsewhere.

Shoddy customer care…
I have been emailing every other day for the past two weeks with no reply from anyone. I got a phone number from a store and when rung there is no dialing tone then hangs up. I am so frustrated as I sent four suit item back to them as too small and have brought and replaced the items with correct sizes. I just want a refund for the items sent back. I think it's absolutely appalling that no one can email and offer reassurance. I will never use the online service again. So disappointed and as I write I am trying to find a better phone number.

Your better of claiming back through your visa or back cards !! Very frustrating.

Shopping for a suit at Lakeside. Jay was absolutely brilliant. His knowledge of the fits I required and the style I needed allowed me to find a good suit. Would recommend.
Delivery dates missed, wouldn't use again if you require a suit fast
Ordered a suit online on a Tuesday, wedding was on a Saturday, paid extra for next day delivery. Suit didn't arrive until the following week

wouldn't recommend this company. first off I paid extra for the next day delivery only for it to arrive late!
then when it came to sending it back the whole process has been so slow and I'm still waiting for my refund to date! despite the package being unopened.
